How to Update to the Latest Version

Updating Hitmix Bingo is simple and only takes a few minutes.

Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth update process.

🗂 Step 1: Take a Backup

Before updating, it’s important to back up your Hitmix Bingo data.

All your playlists, bingo cards, and settings are stored in a single folder called Hitmix Bingo.

You can find it here:

• Mac:

  /Users/username/Hitmix Bingo/

• Windows:

  C:\Users\YourUsername\Hitmix Bingo\

Copy this folder to a safe location such as a USB stick, external drive, or cloud storage service.

💡 Tip:

Taking a backup ensures your playlists and cards are protected in case anything goes wrong during installation.

💻 Step 2: Install the Update

Windows

1. Uninstall the old version of Hitmix Bingo via Add or remove programs.
2. Visit the Download page on hitmixbingo.com.
3. Download and install the latest version of Hitmix Bingo.

Mac

1. There’s no need to remove the old version.
2. Visit the Download page on hitmixbingo.com.
3. Download and install the latest version — it will automatically replace the old one.

✅ Once installed, reopen Hitmix Bingo and confirm your playlists and cards appear as expected.

If you encounter any issues, you can restore your backup folder.
