Deleting a Playlist in Hitmix Bingo

If you no longer need a playlist, you can safely delete it from your Hitmix Bingo data folder.

🗂 Step 1: Open the Data Folder

1. Open Hitmix Bingo.
2. Click the Hitmix Bingo icon (located to the left of the playlist selector).
3. This will open the Hitmix Bingo data folder on your computer.

📁 Step 2: Locate and Delete the Playlist

1. Double-click the user folder.
2. Find the playlist you want to remove.
3. Move the playlist file to your computer’s Recycle Bin (Windows) or Trash (Mac).

⚠️ Note:

Only delete playlists you’re sure you no longer need — once deleted, they cannot be restored from within Hitmix Bingo.

🔁 Step 3: Restart Hitmix Bingo

After deleting the playlist:

1. Close Hitmix Bingo.
2. Reopen the software.

The deleted playlist will now be removed from the list.

💡 Tip:

To keep things organised, consider renaming playlists you want to archive instead of deleting them. This lets you reuse them later if needed.
