About Tab

The About tab in Hitmix Bingo contains key licence management tools.

From here, you can refresh your licence, move your licence to another computer, or check your software details.

🔄 Refresh Licence

Refresh Licence contacts the Hitmix Bingo server to recheck your expiry date and update your licence status.

Use this option if:

  • Your subscription has recently renewed.
  • Hitmix Bingo is showing an incorrect expiry date.
  • The software is running in Grace Period Mode and you’ve already made a payment.

💻 Move This Licence to Another Computer

Move This Licence to Another Computer allows you to deactivate your current computer and reactivate your licence on a new one.

To move your licence:

  1. Copy your licence key and save it somewhere safe.
  2. Select Move This Licence to Another Computer.
  3. Click Yes to confirm.
  4. Click OK when prompted.
  5. On your new computer, open Hitmix Bingo, choose Activate Software, and enter your licence key.

⚠️ Note:

Each licence key activates one computer at a time. You must deactivate your old computer before activating a new one.

❌ Cancelling Your Subscription

You cannot cancel your subscription from within Hitmix Bingo.
