Settings Tab
The Settings tab in Hitmix Bingo allows you to customise the appearance, sounds, and behaviour of the software.
There are two pages of settings — use the “1” and “2” buttons at the bottom of the screen to navigate between them.
🗑 Deleting Playlists or Bingo Cards
You can delete playlists or bingo cards in two ways:
From the Settings Tab
- Select the playlist or bingo cards from the list.
- Click Delete.
From the Data Folder

Click the Hitmix Bingo icon in the top-right corner of the software.
This opens the data folder.
- Playlists are stored in the user folder.
- Bingo cards are stored in the result folder.
- Delete the files you no longer need.
⚠️ Note: Always make sure you delete the correct files. Deleted playlists and cards cannot be restored from within Hitmix Bingo.

| Winner Audio | The audio played when a winner is found. |
| Winner Video | The video played when a winner is found. |
| Game Over Audio | The audio played when there is no winner. |
| Game Over Video | The video played when there is no winner. |
| No Bingo Audio | The audio played when a bingo call is invalid. |
| No Bingo Image | The image shown when there is no valid bingo. |
| Logo Image | The default image shown when no media is playing. |
| Music Image | The image displayed while music is playing. |
| Overlay Image | A small logo displayed in the corner of the guest screen. |
| Card Image | The image printed on your bingo cards. |
| Default File Browsing Location | The folder Hitmix Bingo opens by default when browsing files. |
🎵 Playlists
You can delete any playlist by selecting it and clicking Delete.
🧾 Cards
You can delete any set of bingo cards by selecting the playlist and clicking Delete.
🎨 Host Screen (File Colour)

| Unedited Colour | Colour of a track that hasn’t had a start time added. |
| Edited Colour | Colour of a track that has a start time added. |
| Free Square Colour | Colour of the free square on the bingo card. |
🎥 Host Screen (Video Screen)
| Setting | Description |

| Font Size | Size of artist/title text on the host screen. |
| Transparent Value | Transparency level of the background colour. |
| Font Colour | Colour of artist/title text. |
| Background Colour | Background colour for artist/title text area. |
👥 Guest Screen (Subtitle Options)

| Transparent Value | Transparency level of the background. |
| Font Colour | Colour of artist/title text. |
| Background Colour | Background colour behind artist/title text. |
🏷 Guest Screen (Game Name)

📜 Guest Screen (Scrolling Text Options)
| Setting | Description |

| Font Size | Size of text showing songs played so far. |
| Transparent Value | Transparency level of the background. |
| Font Colour | Colour of scrolling text. |
| Background Colour | Background colour behind scrolling text. |
| Header Margin | Space after the header text. |
| Artist/Title Margin | Space after each artist/title in the list. |
| Scrolling Speed | Speed at which the text scrolls. |
| Header | Custom text shown above the list of songs played. |

You can customise every aspect of the display to match your event style — from font colours and background themes to logos and win effects.
