Messages Tab

The Messages tab in Hitmix Bingo includes two handy tools for your events:

Event Details and Random Number.

These features let you display countdowns or random numbers on your guest screen during breaks or special announcements.

🕒 Event Details

Use the Event Details section to display a countdown to an upcoming event — for example, “Bingo starts in 10 minutes!”

How to set up:

1. In the Event Name box, type the name of your event.
   • Example: Main Game Starts Soon
2. In the Time boxes, enter the time remaining until the event happens.
3. Click Submit.
4. A new window will appear showing the event name and a countdown timer.
5. Drag this window onto your second screen (Guest Screen) so your audience can see it.

💡 Tip:

The Event Countdown is a great way to keep your audience engaged between games or rounds.

🔢 Random Number

Use the Random Number tool to generate and display a random number between any two values — perfect for prize draws or mini-games.

How to set up:

1. In the first box, enter the start number.

   In the second box, enter the end number.

   • Example: Start = 1, End = 50
2. Click Show Random Number.
3. A new window will appear showing a random number between your chosen range.
4. Drag this window onto your second screen for guests to view.

💡 Tip:

You can use this feature for raffles, bonus prizes, or audience games between bingo rounds.
