Understanding Grace Period Mode
Grace Period Mode is a temporary state in Hitmix Bingo that allows the software to continue working for a short time when we detect that a valid licence may no longer be active.
If you see that Hitmix Bingo is running in Grace Period Mode, it usually means your licence has expired or there’s a problem verifying it.
Step 1: Refresh Your Licence
- Open Hitmix Bingo.
- Click on the About tab.
- Press Refresh, then close and reopen Hitmix Bingo.
This will prompt the software to check our server again for an updated expiry date.
Step 2: Check for Billing Issues
If Hitmix Bingo still shows Grace Period Mode after refreshing, it’s almost certain that your licence has expired because your latest payment didn’t go through.
Please check your bank statement to confirm:
- When payments are usually taken.
- Whether the most recent payment was successful.
Step 3: Renew Your Licence
If your last payment failed or was cancelled, your licence will have been deactivated.
To continue using Hitmix Bingo, you’ll need to purchase a new licence.
Once purchased, activate your new licence by following these steps:
- Open Hitmix Bingo.
- Click About.
- Click Deactivate / Move This Licence To Another Computer.
- Click Yes to confirm.
- Reopen Hitmix Bingo.
- Click Activate Software.
Enter your new product key:
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXTA- Press Activate.
