System date and time has changed

Q: When I open the software, it says my system date and time has changed and tells me to contact support. What should I do?

A: This message comes from our licence provider.

They are strict about your computer’s date and time being accurate, as changing the clock could allow someone to use the software beyond their paid licence period.

Follow the steps below to fix the issue.

Step 1: Check Your Date and Time

Make sure your computer’s date and time are set correctly.

Even a small difference can cause activation problems.

Step 2: Sync with Internet Time

On Windows, you can automatically update your time by using the Internet Time feature.

  1. Open the Control Panel or Settings.
  2. Search for Date and Time.
  3. Select the Internet Time tab.
  4. Click Change Settings, then check Synchronize with an Internet time server.
  5. Choose a server (for example, time.windows.com ) and click Update Now.

This ensures your computer is precisely correct.

💡 Tip:

On macOS, go to System Settings → General → Date & Time, and make sure Set time and date automatically is enabled.

Step 3: Restart Your Computer

Once your date and time are corrected, restart your computer.

This step ensures the new settings take effect.

Step 4: Reactivate Hitmix Bingo

Open Hitmix Bingo and enter your product key again.

Activation should now complete successfully.
