Loading Settings, please wait

If you open Hitmix Bingo and see the message “Loading Settings, please wait” for more than a few minutes, this usually means there’s a problem with the settings folder.

Follow the steps below to fix the issue safely.


Step 1: Close Hitmix Bingo

Make sure Hitmix Bingo is fully closed before continuing.


Step 2: Locate the Hitmix Bingo Folder

Open your File Browser (Finder on Mac or File Explorer on Windows) and navigate to the following location:

  • Mac:

    /Users/username/Hitmix Bingo/

  • Windows:

    C:\Users\YourUsername\Hitmix Bingo\


Step 3: Delete the Settings Folder

Inside this folder, you’ll see another folder named setting.

Delete only this folder.

⚠️ Important:

Do not delete any other folders or files — only the one named setting.


Step 4: Reopen Hitmix Bingo

Open Hitmix Bingo again.

The software will automatically recreate a fresh settings folder, and the issue should now be resolved.
