Loading Library, please wait

If you open Hitmix Bingo and a message Loading Library, please wait continues to appear for several minutes, it likely indicates a problem with the Hitmix Bingo library folder.

Follow the steps below to rebuild the library safely.


Step 1: Close Hitmix Bingo

Before making any changes, make sure Hitmix Bingo is completely closed.


Step 2: Locate the Hitmix Bingo Folder

Open your File Browser (Finder on Mac or File Explorer on Windows) and navigate to the following location:

  • Mac:

    /Users/username/

  • Windows:

    C:\Users\YourUsername\

Inside this folder, you’ll find a folder named Hitmix Bingo.


Step 3: Rename the Folder

Rename the folder from Hitmix Bingo to something else — for example:

Hitmix Bingo Old

⚠️ Important:

Do not delete any files. Renaming keeps your data safe while allowing the software to create a new folder.


Step 4: Relaunch Hitmix Bingo

  1. Open Hitmix Bingo.
  2. Wait about 5 seconds.
  3. Close the software again.

You should now see two folders in your user directory:

  • Hitmix Bingo  (newly created)
  • Hitmix Bingo Old  (your previous data)

Step 5: Copy Your XML Files

You now need to restore your user data by copying the XML files from your old folders to the new ones.

  1. Open the folder Hitmix Bingo Old → user.
    • Copy all XML files inside.
    • Paste them into the new Hitmix Bingo → user folder.

      Repeat this process for the result folder:

    • Copy all XML files from Hitmix Bingo Old → result.
    • Paste them into the new Hitmix Bingo → result folder.

Step 6: Reopen Hitmix Bingo

Open Hitmix Bingo again.

The issue should now be resolved and your data restored.
