Unable to activate or reactivate?

If you have an event within the next 24 hours and the software is asking you to reactivate, please try the following:


1: Double-check your activation code: Copy and paste it directly into the software. Typing it manually can sometimes cause errors – it’s easy to mix up 0 (zero) with O (letter O), or 1 (one) with I (letter I).


2: Reset your activation: If the code still doesn’t work, visit https://deactivate.hitmixbingo.com to reset it via our portal.


3: Still stuck? If you don’t know your activation code or the above steps don’t work, you can purchase a new one by clicking here. Don’t worry – we’ll refund the purchase if you already have an active subscription – just get in touch.
