Moving Hitmix Bingo to Another Computer

If you have an activation key, you can remove it from one computer and move it to another computer.

Example key:

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXTA   

💡 Tip: To avoid mistakes (for example, confusing the number 0 with the letter O), it’s best to copy and paste your activation key directly.

Important Information

Resetting your licence key only removes the Hitmix Bingo licence from that device.

It does not:

  • Move your playlists or settings to the new computer.
  • Cancel your subscription.

Option 1 – Reset from Within the Software

  1. Open Hitmix Bingo on the old computer.
  2. Select About.
  3. Click Deactivate / Move This Licence To Another Computer.
  4. Select Yes to confirm.
  5. Open Hitmix Bingo on the new computer.
  6. Select Activate Software.

  7. Enter your activation key:

    XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXTA   

  8. Click Activate.

Option 2 – Reset via the Website

  1. Visit https://reset.hitmixbingo.net.
  2. Follow the instructions to reset your activation key.
  3. Open Hitmix Bingo on the new computer.
  4. Select Activate Software.

  5. Enter your activation key:

    XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX   

  6. Click Activate.
